 ST FRANCIS BAY BEACH TRUST   
 REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES   
 30 November 2006   
   
 The trustees present their report for the year ended 30 November 2006. 
 Principal objectives of the trust. 
 The Trust's sole objective is to hold, control and administer a fund for engaging in the conservation, 
 rehabilitation and protection of the natural environment at St Francis Bay and more particularly, for the 
 preservation and rehabilitation of the St Francis Bay beach. 
 a)  Accounting controls. 
 The trustees are responsible for selecting and adopting sound accounting practices, for maintaining 
 an adequate and effective system of accounting records, for the safeguarding of assets, and for 
 developing and maintaining a system of internal control that, amongst others, will ensure the 
 preparation of financial statements that achieve fair presentation. 
 b)  Going concern. 
 After conducting appropriate procedures the Trustees are satisfied that the Trust will be a going 
 concern for the foreseeable future and have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing 
 the annual financial statements. 
 Financial results. 
 The financial results for the period under review are clearly set out in the attached financial statements. 
 Trustees. 
 The names of the trustees are recorded in the index to these financial statements. 
 Trustees restrictions. 
 See paragraph 5 of the Trust Deed for details. 
 Events subsequent to the accounting date. 
 No material fact or circumstance has occurred between the accounting date and the date of this 
 report, other than those items already mentioned.
